Thought that I knew how to eat for my body and that gaining weight just came with age. The Plan has been very informative with regard to my eating choices. Especially true if you are a person with a limited diet. The Workbook itself has enough to get you started-- a good overview of The Plan menus for the first 20 days plus space to write in your stuff and the basic recipes.
